Tattoos and what they mean to me
Since I was a kid, I dreamt of becoming a tattoo artist. I would go home everyday after school and draw for hours. I would also draw flash card pieces and take them to my local tattoo shop at the time and ask if they would like to buy them from me.
To me, tattoos are more than ink on the skin. Tattoos help you express yourself and help you reach your true-self, how you imagine yourself to look, helps you adapt to how to you want to look in the future. Tattoos can also help you heal from loss, help you cope and remember your loved ones. They can symbolise change and memories.
To know my art has helped people in many ways, brings me fortune that's unable to be measured.
